Technical Lead/Frontend Developer

As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Your primary tasks will include developing user-facing features using modern front-end frameworks and libraries. It will be crucial to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. Additionally, you will implement and maintain automated testing to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks will be a key part of your role. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies is essential, along with evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies. Collaboration with backend developers to integrate APIs and services is necessary for successful project completion. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and meet the required quality standards. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for planning and managing project timelines, reporting progress, issues, and risks, and facilitating communication within the development team and with other departments. Leading troubleshooting and debugging efforts, providing solutions to complex problems, and making critical decisions will be part of your leadership role. Furthermore, ensuring proper documentation of the codebase and technical processes, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation for future reference, is crucial. Some key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in Git, RESTful APIs, and frontend-backend integration is required. Additionally, you should have 10-12 years of experience as a Front-End Developer with expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Strong team-leading experience is also preferred.
