Technical Leader - Software

As a Technical Leader - Software at SLK, your role will involve providing analysis and design models, owning the architecture of projects, and ensuring the quality of technical deliverables. You will interact with both business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, support functional requirements gathering, and ensure all non-functional requirements are captured. Your responsibilities will also include developing and owning the architecture and high-level design, working with the development team to ensure code implementation aligns with design and standards, and supporting during software deployment and post go-live activities. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations - Understand customer and end user requirements, both explicit and implicit - Support functional requirements gathering and ensure all non-functional requirements are captured - Develop and own architecture/high-level design, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables - Collaborate with the development team to ensure code implementation aligns with design and standards - Assist in developing detailed project plans and ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks - Conduct peer reviews, root cause analysis on defects/issues, and contribute to the organizational knowledge base - Guide and mentor team members, resolve issues with deliverables, and facilitate team collaboration - Explore new technology trends and apply them appropriately to deliver value to the team, customers, and the organization Qualification Required: - Engineering Graduate/BSc in Computer Science/Information Science or Equivalent - Minimum 8 to 10 years of IT experience in development Additional Details about SLK: SLK is a global technology services provider that focuses on AI, intelligent automation, and analytics to create innovative technology solutions for customers across various industries.
