Technical Leader - Software

As a Technical Leader - Software at SLK, your role involves providing analysis & design models (High Level Design) / Architecture and direction for projects. You will own the Analysis & Design model (HLD) or architecture of a project and ensure the quality of technical deliverables. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations. - Understand both explicit and implicit customer and end-user requirements. - Ensure the quality of deliverables meets customer and end-user expectations. - Support functional requirements gathering and capture all non-functional requirements. - Develop & own Architect / High-Level design, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables. - Collaborate with Analysts, Designers, and Senior developers to ensure detailed design aligns with architecture, standards, and requirements. - Work with developers to ensure code implementation meets design, standards, and requirements. - Assist in developing a detailed project plan and support successful project execution. - Conduct peer reviews, ensure on-time delivery of tasks, and support software deployment and post go-live activities. - Contribute to the organizational knowledge base for reusability and cost reduction. - Guide and mentor Analysts, Designers, and development team members for efficient job performance. - Collaborate with the team, participate in learning initiatives, explore new technology trends, and apply them appropriately. - Stay updated on technology and domain-related solutions. Education Qualification: - Engineering Graduate / BSc in Computer Science / Information Science or Equivalent Minimum Experience Required: - 8 to 10 Yrs of IT experience in Development.
