We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Architect with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing ongoing villa and commercial projects, coordinating with consultants and clients, and developing new architectural proposals under the guidance of the senior design team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
1–2 years of professional experience in an architectural consultancy or design studio.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and Kerala building regulations.
Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and design quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
