Technical Lead Visual Analytics

As a Technical Lead Visual Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the requirement gathering and delivery of reporting and dashboard solutions for a Supply Chain project. You will work closely with stakeholders in Australia and Europe, requiring exceptional communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations across multiple time zones. Your deep understanding of data visualization using Tableau, Blitz, and SQL will be crucial in driving the end-to-end delivery of dashboards and reports, ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with key stakeholders in Australia and Europe to understand and capture the scope and needs for dashboards and reports. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on reporting objectives. - Use SQL to extract, analyze, and transform data from various systems for use in reports and dashboards. - Develop advanced Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights for Supply Chain teams, ensuring data is visualized in a meaningful and user-friendly way. - Collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed requirements, including data sources, business rules, report mockups, and functional/non-functional needs. - Lead the end-to-end delivery of agreed dashboards and reports, from planning to deployment. - Participate in and run meetings across various time zones, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders in Australia and Europe. - Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage any defects or issues raised during testing. - Adhere to organizations Tableau templates and SQL best practices, ensuring all dashboards are built using authorized data sources like AnalyticsHub or GDW. - Provide timely progress updates to the Project Manager and Insights team. Required Skills & Experience: - Senior-level experience in business analysis, especially in data-driven environments. - Expertise in Tableau for building complex dashboards and SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple time zones (Australia and Europe). - Proven track record of leading end-to-end reporting and dashboard projects in a Supply Chain or similar domain. - Strong ability to capture business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Good to have knowledge on Blitz Reporting Platform or ability to learn platform quickly.,
