Technically responsible for virtual prototype design, development, verification, and delivery for Infineon Automotive Microcontroller, based on heterogenous multi-core architecture consisting of CPU cores such as TricoreTM, ARM, RISC-V, vector DSP etc. Job Description Technical Lead for Virtual Prototype and System Modelling usingSystemC/TLM2.0/CCI/UVM and industry standard ESL tools (e.g SynopsysVirtualizer, ASTC, VLAB etc.) Responsible for Requirements analysis, SystemC model architectureand high-level/low-level designs. Owns the implementation of SystemC Models and its unit levelverification. Responsible for VP Integration, System Testing and debugging, usingin-house verification platforms. E.g. Co-verification platformsconsisting of Low-level device drivers and startup SW, RTL SoCverification environment etc. Responsible for quality audits and VP delivery to both external(OEM, Tier-1 and SW eco-system partners) and internal stakeholders ( SWdevelopment, application engineering teams) Debug and resolve all technical issues from the external andinternal stakeholders in a timely manner and support with new use cases. Identify and mitigate all the technical risk in area ofresponsibilities within the project scope. Contribution to the design and test methodology, automation, reuseof tests (both internal and tests from RTL teams), quality improvementsand engagement with tool partner such as Synopsys, ASTC and Siemens ontool requirements. Engage with the RTL IP, subsystem and SoC teams for enabling earlytest bench development by using VP. Own Virtual Prototype Technical Competence development throughmentoring and coaching, Hiring & Training and Continuous Improvement. Your Profile 10+Years of relavent expereince . Expert in System-C/ TLM 2.0 on various development platform (Windows/Linux etc) Development of functional/cycle approximate models using SystemC and tools such as Synopsys Virtualizer, ASTC VLAB etc. based on Visual Studio, g++ (for Linux) Verification of models using various methods, such as standalone SystemC based unit verification, cosimulation with RTL (System Verilog) and SW based system testing Good grasp over the techniques and technologies to identify issues in customer environments using traces, logs etc. Exposure to the scripting languages such as python. Expert knowledge of computer architecture, embedded CPU (ARM/RISC-V), real-time systems, OS, Automotive communication platforms (Ethernet, CAN, FlexRay etc.) Embedded system test development using C/C++ and automated execution/debugging. Hands-on experience on embedded compilers such as GNU, Tasking etc. and debuggers such as PLS, Lauterbach T32 etc - Good team player in a multi-site/multi-cultural work environment Demonstrated strength of strong Communication skills, Innovation mindset, stakeholder management, risk management, quality, and process compliance, mentoring and coaching of peers etc
