Technical Lead - Telecom Domain

As a Technical Lead at Cavli Wireless, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of cloud technologies in support of our IoT products and services. Your key responsibilities will include spearheading the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and application architectures, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and highly available. In this role, you will provide technical leadership by offering guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices. You will conduct thorough code reviews, debugging sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maintain high-quality code standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks. As a Technical Lead, you will define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will advocate for and implement industry best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes while utilizing code versioning tools like GitHub to manage and track code changes effectively. The ideal candidate for this role should possess expertise in Angular framework for frontend technologies and proficiency in Node.js for backend technologies. Strong command over TypeScript and JavaScript, along with a working knowledge of Python, is required. Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, IoT Core, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and proficiency in using DevOps tools like CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, and CloudFormation are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/MCA) is required for this position. As a leader, you are expected to lead by example, demonstrating technical excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
