As a Solution Architect in the Pre-Sales department, with 4-6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure deployment, migration, and managed services, your primary responsibility will be to design AWS Cloud Professional Services and AWS Cloud Managed Services solutions tailored to meet customer needs and requirements. You will engage with customers to analyze their requirements, ensuring cost-effective and technically sound solutions are provided. Your role will also involve developing technical and commercial proposals in response to various client inquiries such as Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP). Additionally, you will prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting the value and capabilities of AWS solutions. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will work towards supporting their objectives and closing deals that align with business needs. Your ability to apply creative and analytical problem-solving skills to address complex challenges using AWS technology will be crucial. Furthermore, you should possess hands-on experience in planning, designing, and implementing AWS IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. Experience in executing end-to-end cloud migrations to AWS, including discovery, assessment, and implementation, is required. You must also be proficient in designing and deploying well-architected landing zones and disaster recovery environments on AWS. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effectively articulating solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your organizational, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills will play a vital role in driving consistent business performance and exceeding targets. Desirable skills include intermediate-level experience with AWS services like AppStream, Elastic BeanStalk, ECS, Elasticache, and more, as well as IT orchestration and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, and Chef. Knowledge of Terraform, Azure DevOps, and AWS development services will be advantageous.
