We’re not looking for someone who’s just good at writing code we’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, recognize the architectural depth to take on large-scale systems and drive them forward. This is a role for someone who can lead from the trenches, navigate ambiguity, and build clean, scalable solutions. While this is a senior role, it mostly remains hands-on,requiring the candidate to lead by doing, not just by directing.

Role

1. 10+ years

   of deep, hands-on engineering experience you’ve built things that scale and last.
2. Proven ability to lead teams and technical projects with clarity, focus, and accountability.
3. A natural mentor who’s comfortable reviewing code, offering guidance, and raising the bar for everyone.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence roles and disciplines.
5. You live the mindset of "get it done right” not just "get it done."
6. Leading technical strategy and execution for cross-functional engineering teams.
7. Tackling complex challenges that require deep analysis, innovative thinking, and a practical mindset.
8. Designing and delivering solutions that solve both today's pain points and tomorrow’s scale.
