Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end architecture for web and mobile applications.
  
• Build clean, scalable, cloud-native solutions on GCP.
  
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and GDPR for data privacy and security.
  

2. Technical Leadership

• Lead teams in implementing .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and RESTful APIs.
  
• Collaborate with front-end development using Angular.
  
• Drive mobile app development using .NET MAUI.
  

3. Security & Compliance

• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and encryption practices.
  
• Ensure pseudonymization and secure mapping of device and patient data.
  

4. DevOps & CI/CD

• Set up Git-based CI/CD pipelines with DevSecOps practices.
  
• Automate builds, testing, and deployments.
  
• Enable containerized deployments using Docker.
  

5. Data Architecture

• Design data models for pseudonymized medical device data.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant medical device standards.
  

6. Documentation & Governance

• Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

1. Technical Expertise

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in architecture roles.
  
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, RESTful APIs.
  
• Experience in Angular or Vue.js for front-end development.
  
• Hands-on development experience using .NET MAUI.
  

2. Cloud & DevOps

• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  
• Experience with Git-based CI/CD and DevSecOps principles.
  

3. Security & Compliance

• In-depth understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare data security standards.
  

4. Soft Skills

• Strong communication, leadership, technical decision-making, and stakeholder management.
