Job Description:

R Systems is seeking a highly skilled .Net Lead with expertise in AWS services, including Bedrock API Gateway, Lambda, and IAM. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of .Net Core, ASP.Net, and S3 Bucket services, backed by a solid foundation in version control systems like Git and project management tools such as JIRA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and efficient applications using .Net technologies and AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools like JIRA.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and quality of applications while maintaining best practices in coding and architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Required Skills:

• AWS Services: Proficiency in Bedrock API Gateway, Lambda, and IAM.
• .Net Technologies: Strong experience with .Net Core and ASP.Net.
• Cloud Storage: Familiarity with AWS S3 Bucket for data storage and management.
• Version Control: Experience with Git for source code management.
• Project Management: Proficient in using JIRA for project tracking and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
