Job Description: As a QAD Technical Lead at Medline India, you will play a crucial role in managing priorities, providing guidance to the team, and coordinating QAD-related work. You will collaborate with stakeholders and Technical Owners of other Medline Applications to ensure seamless integration within the Medline Application Landscape. This full-time position will be part of Medline's Information Services Department. Roles and Responsibilities: - Contribute to QAD Implementation, Development, and Maintenance projects - Project manage work packets and deliveries while leveraging team capabilities - Support the European business by implementing, customizing, and maintaining QAD-related functionality - Plan, manage, and govern day-to-day activities of the team using agile methodologies - Collaborate with functional leaders at the Operational Level - Assist in business process change or optimization - Act as a gatekeeper for transitioning project work into ongoing support - Ensure quality and documentation for projects handed over to ongoing support Required Skills: - Minimum 10 years of experience with QAD (Mfg/Pro) with at least 7 years on QAD EE version - 5 years of experience mentoring and guiding teams technically and functionally - Proficiency in various functional areas of QAD, particularly in manufacturing - Hands-on experience with QAD Enterprise Edition - Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies - Good understanding of configuring QAD product to align with business requirements - Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical approach - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Additional Skills: - Strong proactive attitude with a focus on proposing improvements - Experience in healthcare domain or Manufacturing business is beneficial - Proficiency in QAD tools like Excelerator, EDI maps, Qxtend, QRF is a value-add - Ability to work independently on multiple assignments simultaneously - Collaborative mindset to coordinate with QAD development and technical teams - Basic Progress OpenEdge programming skills Benefits: - Opportunity to work on QAD 2017 EE - Close collaboration with business operations - Ideal role for individuals with a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.,
