Technical Lead (Python)

You are a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Python development and full-stack experience. Your expertise lies in back-end technologies, cloud services, data pipeline creation and maintenance, as well as server-side scripting. In this role, you will lead a team, drive technical excellence, take ownership of delivery, and deliver high-quality solutions for complex projects. Managing client relations and promptly addressing client issues effectively are also key aspects of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities include leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and robust applications using Python and full-stack technologies. You will specifically focus on the development and maintenance of server-side solutions using Python frameworks and libraries. Understanding client requirements, engaging in client interactions, and resolving client issues efficiently are critical aspects of your role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements is essential. You must ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Managing and mentoring a team of developers to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment is also part of your responsibilities. Designing and implementing RESTful APIs, ensuring security and performance, as well as utilizing cloud services for deploying, managing, and scaling applications are key tasks. Additionally, implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is necessary. Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporating them into projects where beneficial is expected. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must. Effectively conveying ideas and creative concepts to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their vision and objectives is crucial. You should have at least 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Python. Proven experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, is required. Experience in client handling and managing tech teams is essential. Proficiency in cloud services, preferably AWS, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is necessary. A solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, DynamoDB), is expected. Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines, data pipelines with best practices, and strong problem-solving abilities with a proven capacity for critical and creative thinking are important. Good understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (Node.js, AngularJS, ReactJS) is also required.,
