Technical lead-Python Backend

As a Tech Lead specializing in Python Microservices, you will be responsible for leading backend engineering projects, designing architecture, and guiding development teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having 8-10 years of professional experience in Python backend development, with at least 3 years in a technical/team leadership role - Demonstrating a proven track record in leading backend teams, conducting code reviews, and managing project delivery and timelines - Possessing expertise in REST API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems - Showing a strong understanding of backend security, including authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT) - Having experience with SSE, WebSockets, and real-time event-driven architecture - Demonstrating hands-on experience with AI integration frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar - Having strong knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL systems - Showing deep experience with logging, monitoring, and tracing tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry - Being able to drive technical discussions, define architecture blueprints, and collaborate across product, DevOps, and QA teams - Having experience in scalable system design, performance optimization, and high-availability deployments Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include exposure to MCP and A2A systems, familiarity with LlamaIndex Workflows and workflow tracing, experience with AWS Cloud Services, strong knowledge of Kubernetes, proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code, experience with messaging systems, solid understanding of caching and containerization, exposure to serverless computing patterns, and experience using performance/load testing tools. As a Tech Lead, you will be expected to own the end-to-end technical delivery of backend and microservice-based systems, lead architecture reviews and scalability planning, collaborate with stakeholders on project roadmaps, mentor and guide the development team, and champion engineering excellence by enforcing secure, maintainable, and efficient coding standards.
