Technical Lead - Liveable Places

The Technical Lead - Liveable Places will oversee project delivery in the iCRC Liveable places team, ensuring high-quality and error-free outputs. Your role involves providing technical mentorship, fostering professional growth within the team, and driving progress towards chartership. In terms of technical leadership, you will be responsible for developing approaches to technical delivery in bids and projects, specifying resources for delivery, checking and approving project deliverables, and interfacing with the UK Project Manager and Team Leaders to mobilize teams on projects. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, develop and implement a comprehensive training program to enhance team skills and knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensuring quality assurance is crucial, and you will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables from the GCC Liveable places team meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This includes implementing robust quality control processes to identify and rectify errors promptly, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to align modelling standards with organizational goals. Moreover, you will encourage and support team members in their journey towards professional chartership, provide resources and opportunities for professional development and certification, and recognize and reward progress and achievements in professional growth.,
