Job Description

Act as the L3 escalation point for Zscaler-related issues (ZIA, ZPA).
Design, configure, and manage Zscaler services across the organization.Troubleshoot complex Zscaler traffic flows, authentication issues, and policy misconfigurations.Work closely with security, networking, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and efficient Zscaler deployment.Maintain documentation for configurations, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.Analyze logs and reports to identify and resolve security or performance-related issues.Provide support during implementation, upgrades, and patching of Zscaler services.Collaborate with Zscaler support for escalated issues and product improvements.
