As a highly skilled Technical Lead, your role will involve driving design and architecture for complex, mission-critical applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and any JavaScript-based framework. You will oversee solution delivery from requirements gathering to post-production support and deep dive into cloud services (preferably AWS) to design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions. Additionally, you will architect and implement AI/ML features using Azure AI, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning Studio, or equivalent cloud AI services and integrate them with enterprise applications. Championing the use of GitHub Copilot and similar AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding and improve quality will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will implement cloud architecture patterns, microservices, and serverless computing with a strong focus on security, performance, and maintainability, while providing technical guidance to developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting continuous learning within the team. Collaboration with DevOps teams to design and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines, staying ahead of emerging cloud and AI capabilities, evaluating their potential for enterprise adoption, and engaging with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives are also vital components of your role.
