Technical Lead - Java

You will be leading development teams and software projects to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software within the defined scope and budget. Collaborating with Product Owners and Stakeholders, you will assist in determining technical solutions and translating business requirements into technical designs and execution plans. Additionally, you will work with product leadership to establish a vision and technical roadmap for the team. Taking charge of architecture, design, and quality, you will identify risks and develop contingency plans promptly. Staying informed about industry trends, you will take ownership of the team's software development lifecycle, optimizing processes, addressing inefficiencies, and minimizing waste. Furthermore, you will provide coaching and mentorship to team members. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of robust experience in Java/J2EE technologies, along with 5+ years of expertise in developing backend applications using Java 8, Spring Boot, MySQL, and REST API. Proficiency in application configuration, build, and deployment processes using CICD pipelines is essential. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, AWS, and SonarQube is required. Hands-on experience in unit testing (using JUnit, Mockito), building secure and stable platforms, integrating 3rd party APIs and Modules/Libraries, and working with agile project management methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and FDD is crucial. Strong communication skills are also a must-have. Desired qualifications include hands-on experience in developing Microservices, working in FinTech industries, and managing larger traffic systems. Proficiency in operational and troubleshooting aspects will be advantageous.
