Job Description

As a Sr. Software Engineer with 14 to 20 years of experience, you will be joining a dynamic team to work on cutting-edge projects contributing to innovative solutions driving the company's success. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC to meet business requirements. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable applications on AWS. - Utilizing SQL and MySQL to efficiently manage and manipulate data, ensuring data integrity and performance. - Implementing front-end features using JavaScript to enhance user experience and application functionality. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. - Participating in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies. - Ensuring applications are secure, scalable, and maintainable, adhering to industry standards and best practices. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth. - Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software solutions. - Documenting technical specifications and system designs to ensure clarity and consistency across projects. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud computing principles. - Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC for backend development. - Extensive experience with SQL and MySQL for database management and optimization. - Expertise in JavaScript for developing interactive and responsive front-end applications. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
