We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java React AWS Developer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications on AWS, while collaborating across onsite and offshore teams in a SAFe Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture)
• Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
• Participate in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration under SAFe methodology
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps practices
Mandatory Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) •
• Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.) • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Understanding of containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS) •
• Agile development experience, preferably in SAFe Agile Framework
Desired Skills:
• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models
• Knowledge of OAuth2 / JWT-based authentication
• Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack)
• Familiarity with GraphQL and TypeScript
• Experience in test automation frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Cypress)
Experience Level:
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development • Prior experience in enterprise-grade product development is highly preferred
• Experience working in SAFe Agile teams and global delivery environments
