Technical Lead

Job Description

Own the implementation part of the project, ensuring high-quality delivery. Provide architectural direction and hands-on development support in C#, .NET Core, .NET 8/9, and RESTful API design. Lead development efforts across front-end and back-end technologies, including AngularJS, Angular 10+, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Design and optimize database architectures using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Drive adoption of cloud technologies (Azure preferred; AWS and Google Cloud also beneficial). Guide implementation of testing frameworks such as Cypress, NUnit, and TestRail. Set up and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Product Owners, L3 engineers, and ADMs to define requirements and execution plans. Conduct code reviews for self and junior engineers, and ensure coding standards and performance optimizations are met. Mentor L1 engineers and enable them to independently solve technical problems. Plan sprints proactively with detailed task estimation and allocation. Use project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Office 365) to track and report project progress. Demonstrate knowledge and application of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Ensure compliance with industry-specific standards, especially in healthcare domain when applicable. Provide HL estimates for new projects and communicate regularly with leadership teams. Key Skills Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, system design, and software architecture principles. Expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET 8/9, and RESTful services. Knowledge of front-end frameworks like AngularJS and Angular 10+. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design patterns (ECMA6+). Solid experience with relational databases SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL. Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus. Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (Azure preferred). Strong debugging skills and ability to produce detailed technical documentation. Hands-on with Git, Bitbucket, or similar source code repositories. Good understanding of test automation and CI/CD tools. Agile estimation techniques and project planning. Knowledge of info-security principles at the code level. Understanding of performance implications of code and how to optimize it. Education and Experience B.Tech or B.E. 10+ years of experience in software development. Minimum 5 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
