Technical Lead - Full Stack Web Applications

As a Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Massive Mobility, you will play a crucial role in driving the EV revolution in India by taking charge of our web platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Build & Lead: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js and React. - Performance First: Ensure speed, responsiveness, and reliability across all platforms. - Shape the Product: Collaborate with engineering & product teams to define specifications and lead feature delivery from end to end. - Architect Solutions: Design backend microservices, APIs, and data flows that are scalable. - UI/UX Crafting: Drive the creation of clean, intuitive, and performant web interfaces. - Mentor & Guide: Provide leadership in code reviews, best practices, debugging, and problem-solving. - Optimize Relentlessly: Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and enhance codebase efficiency. - Ship with Confidence: Take ownership of testing, deployment, and production reliability. - Document & Scale: Write clear documentation and establish frameworks for long-term growth. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with demonstrated leadership skills. - Proficiency in Node.js (5+ years) and React.js (3+ years). - Experience in tech leadership for at least 2 years, including leading projects or small teams. - Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. - Familiarity with databases such as MSSQL and MongoDB. - Cloud deployment experience, particularly with AWS and Docker. - Expertise in REST APIs, with knowledge of GraphQL being a plus. - Understanding of Git workflows and collaboration. - Product ownership or PM experience would be advantageous.
