Technical Lead - Full Stack Web Applications

As a Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Massive Mobility, you will play a crucial role in driving India's EV revolution by enhancing and scaling our web platforms. Here's a breakdown of what you'll be responsible for: Role Overview: You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js and React to ensure speed, responsiveness, and reliability across platforms. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define specs and own feature delivery end-to-end. Design backend microservices, APIs, and data flows that scale while driving clean, intuitive, and performant web interfaces. Provide tech leadership through code reviews, best practices, debugging, and problem-solving. Identify bottlenecks, squash bugs, and improve codebase efficiency. Own testing, deployment, and production reliability, along with writing clean documentation and setting up frameworks for long-term growth.
