L2/L3 Support on Electronic Devices (Smart Metering)

Position based in Noida.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

. Managing all aspects of support and maintenance for Landis + Gyr Electricity Devices within the EMEA region

. Managing quality cases, CAPAs, interface to Quality and local technical support organizations

. Maintaining the KPIs as assigned by Business Units Electricity

. Interfacing with Sales, Product Management and Operations teams to prioritize case work

. Collaborating with global teams to promote and develop process development and continuous improvement

. Providing global technical tender support for customer projects

Must Have (Your profile:) :

. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in technical field (e.g. electronics, IT, SW or equivalent) or other equivalent academic degree

. Proven track record in working in international R&D projects with multiple site connections

. Experience in technical project management, with complex technical documentation and schematics

. Strong communication skills and the ability to represent your project in challenging situations, including customer meetings

. Experience in working in a complex and agile business environment

. Fluent communication and presentation skills in English

Good to have (Will be considered a plus) :

. Power line communication (PLC) and mobile networks experience

. Azure DevOps, Service Now

. DLMS Cosem Client

. Any other spoken language
