Technical Lead- Data Scientist

You are an experienced Technology Lead responsible for leading Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within the organization. Your role involves defining and driving the AI strategy to align with business goals, staying updated on emerging AI technologies, building and managing a high-performing AI team, and ensuring effective stakeholder management and client engagement. Your primary responsibilities include: - Developing and executing the AI strategy, roadmap, and capabilities in line with business objectives. - Keeping abreast of the latest AI technologies and trends to drive innovation. - Leading a team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and ML engineers to deliver high-quality AI solutions. - Demonstrating expertise in ML Ops tools, cloud services, and architectures, particularly in MS Azure. - Proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, MLOps, or Generative AI, with a focus on programming ML algorithms and data pipelines using Python. - Strong scripting skills and experience in designing data pipelines to support AI initiatives. - Communicating effectively and collaborating with internal stakeholders, engineering leads, and clients to ensure AI goals are aligned with business objectives. - Acting as the primary contact for clients, building and maintaining executive-level relationships, and delivering AI solutions that address client challenges and provide measurable value. - Leading solution design, proposal development, and project delivery oversight for AI projects. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML with a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen. - A proven track record in managing AI practices or large-scale AI projects across various industries. - Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, client relationship building, communication, and interpersonal interaction. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.,
