Technical Lead- Data Scientist

As a Technology Lead at our company, your role will involve leading our Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. You will be responsible for defining and driving the AI strategy, roadmap, and capabilities aligned with our business goals. It will be crucial for you to stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends to guide innovation. Additionally, you will build and lead a high-performing AI team, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and ML engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the AI strategy, roadmap, and capabilities aligned with business goals. - Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends to guide innovation. - Build and lead a high-performing AI team, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and ML engineers. - Experience with ML Ops tools (e.g., ML Flow, Azure ML, GCP Vertex, AWS Sage Maker). - Proficiency in cloud services and architectures, especially MS Azure. - Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, MLOps, or Generative AI. - Skilled in programming ML algorithms and data pipelines using Python. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in production-ready code development. - Strong scripting skills and experience in designing data pipelines. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking. Additionally, you will be responsible for engaging with internal stakeholders and Engineering leads to align AI goals with business objectives. Providing regular updates, insights, and presentations to senior leadership on AI initiatives will also be a part of your role. In terms of client engagement and delivery, you will serve as the face of the AI practice to clients, building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships at the executive level. Understanding client challenges and translating them into AI solutions that deliver measurable value will be key. You will also lead solution design, proposal development, and delivery oversight for AI projects. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with a strong mix of technical expertise and business acumen. - Proven success in managing AI practices or large-scale AI projects across industries. - Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift schedule from Monday to Friday in the Morning shift at our in-person work location.,
