As a Technical Lead specializing in C# Programming, the ideal candidate should hold a BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field, with a preference for a graduation in Engineering. The primary skills required for this role include expertise in .Net/C# & C/C++ development and SQL. Additionally, experience in working with both AWS and Azure Cloud environments, along with DevOps skills for Deployment involving Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm, are essential as secondary skills. The candidate should also possess experience with Mongo DB, SQL DB, and writing queries, coupled with a background in software architecture, design, and development. Hands-on experience in requirements analysis, technical design, software architecture, design principles, best practices, and configuring DevOps CI/CD pipelines with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Gitlab, Artifactory/JFrog, etc., are highly valued. A good understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM), experience working in an Agile development environment, exposure to oil and gas wells functionality/domain, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-location team environment are expected. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, along with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the field. The mandatory skills for this position include proficiency in C# Programming. The candidate should have 5-8 years of relevant experience in the industry.
