Technical Executive & Field Operations

As a Technical Executive & Field Operations at DOSTBin Solutions Private Limited, you will play a vital role in overseeing the end-to-end journey of our IoT-enabled composting devices. Your responsibilities will range from conducting quality verification at our manufacturing facility in Pune to installation and servicing at customer sites primarily in Bangalore. To be considered for this position, you should hold a Diploma in Electronics or a related technical field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic hardware verification, servicing, or field installation. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory, along with familiarity with MS Office, Canva, and online tools. Experience with hardware and sensor-based devices is preferred. Your key responsibilities will include conducting quality verification and technical inspection of DOSTBin devices at the manufacturing facility, coordinating with logistics partners for safe packaging and transportation, performing device installation and commissioning at customer sites, training users on device usage and maintenance, and maintaining service records and feedback logs.
