Job Description: As a Technical Engineer at our company in Chennai, your role will involve assembling and installing testing machines and lab equipment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, performing inspections, and carrying out preventive maintenance tasks. Your coordination with the team will ensure the smooth functioning of the equipment, and you will also be required to maintain service records and uphold safety standards. To excel in this position, you should possess good mechanical and basic electrical knowledge, along with the ability to read technical drawings and manuals. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and work in lab and industrial settings are essential. The ideal candidate for this role will hold an ITI (Fitter) certification or a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
