Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirement.
Lead and supervise India team of draftsmen, ensuring workload distribution and timely completion of drawings.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to the drafting team.
Maintain drawing logs, manage revision control, and ensure documentation is in line with project workflows.
Coordinate with design, construction, and project management teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and industry best practice
s.

Preferred candidate profile:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (or equivalent).
8 - 10 years of relevant experience in design review, coordination, and documentation.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, drawing management systems, and construction workflows.
Proficiency in CAD and relevant design/drafting software.
