Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit a variety of technical documents including

    manuals

    ,

    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    ,

    Request for Proposals (RFPs)

    , and

    project documentation.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and project managers to gather technical information.
  • Ensure documentation is consistent, accurate, and aligns with organizational standards and templates.
  • Maintain and update existing documents to reflect system or process changes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support knowledge management and internal communication initiatives.
  • Use appropriate tools for formatting and document control (e.g., MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs).

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidate must have successfully completed a

    Bachelors degree in Computer Applications (BCA)

    or

    Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology (BA IT)


Experience :

  • Minimum

    3 years of hands-on experience

    in

    writing technical documents.
