Technical Delivery Manager Data Analytics & AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end technical delivery

  of projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes
• Oversee

  managed services

  projects involving

  data analytics, AI, and cloud migration

  for

  government clients

• Contribute to

  proposal development

  , including:
• Writing technical sections
• Preparing presentations
• Addressing pre-bid queries and RFP responses
• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for client engagements
• Ensure

  customer satisfaction

  through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for

  seamless project execution

• Define project scope, develop

  plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation

  strategies
• Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks
• Conduct team performance reviews and mentor technical staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and client representatives

Data Analytics & Visualization:

• Python, Tableau, Power BI
• Vector DB with NLU (Natural Language Understanding) search
• Data visualization and dashboard creation

ETL Tools:

• Apache NiFi, Informatica, Talend

Data Warehousing:

• Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake

Databases:

• SQL, PostgreSQL
• NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra

Statistical Analysis:

• Base SAS VA
• SAS Text Exploratory Analytics
• Java OCR

Artificial Intelligence / ML:

• TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• NLP tools and libraries

Cloud Platforms & Migration:

• AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible

Dev Tools & CI/CD:

• IDEs: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab
• CI/CD: Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps
• Build Tools: Maven, Gradle

Project Management:

• JIRA, Trello (or similar tools)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering

  , or related field

• 10+ years

  total experience, with at least

  7 years

  in

  technical delivery management

• Proven expertise in managing projects in

  data analytics, AI, and cloud migration

• Prior experience handling

  government or PSU clients

  (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of

  proposal writing
