Technical Content Writer

As a Content Writer, your role involves producing a wide range of content such as user manuals, help guides, white papers, technical blog posts, tutorials, and case studies. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to understand products, features, and target audiences by studying product samples and interviewing engineers, developers, and other subject matter experts. Your tasks will include updating and revising existing content to reflect new product features, technological updates, and changes in company processes. It is essential to analyze the needs of the end-user and customize the complexity and tone of the content to match their technical knowledge level. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation.
