Technical Content Writer

As a Technical Writer at our company in Mangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in creating and finalizing technical product documentation for enterprise software. Your responsibilities will include researching, writing, and publishing end-user documentation for product releases. Additionally, you will work closely with Development, QA, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality documentation that adheres to standard writing guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Research, write, and finalize technical product documentation for enterprise software. - Build and publish end-user documentation for product releases. - Create clear and concise technical content for end users. - Plan, estimate, and deliver allocated work on time. - Work closely with cross-functional teams. - Create additional product information in various digital formats. - Report issues with the product to enhance user documentation. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of the software development lifecycle. - Familiarity with Agile development practices. - Basic programming or scripting skills. - Experience with XML/SGML editors such as Arbortext and FrameMaker. - Technical writing skills in tools like Zoho Writer, MS Word, Zira, and RoboHelp. Experience: - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Technical Writer. Education Qualification: - Bachelors Degree in a relevant technical field.
