Stay up-to-day with industry trends and advancements to incorporate relevant information into the content. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for products, services, and processes. Organize and present technical information in a user-friendly manner. Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar. Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
