Your role and responsibilities

Were looking for a candidate with combined writing and technical skills to deliver high-quality content experiences that enable customers to successfully meet their business goals.As a technical content professional, you will approach and own the design, development, and maintenance of content as AI-ready data. This involves incorporating AI into the content development workflow from end to end, for example, from content generation to fine-tuning and data analysis. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Excellent writing and research skillso Ability to apply progressive disclosureo Ability to develop topic-based, persona-driven content Knowledge"of markup languages, such as DITA or XML, or in Markdown Knowledge of"Agile or continuous delivery development environment Knowledge of version control or CMS systems, or Git Ability to work independently while maintaining an extremely strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork EnglishFluent Preferred technical and professional experience

Knowledge of cloud concepts and technologies

Experience with AI-first content design and development

Ability to implement a content strategy around both human and AI needs

Understanding of how AI models work to craft clear input and evaluate output with critical judgement

Persona-based prompt development for building and refining prompts to direct AI output toward specific content goals

Experience with documenting APIs, SDKs, CLIs

Knowledge of Markdown, HTML 5

Knowledge of GitHub

Basic programming experience in any of the following languagesJava, Ruby, PHP, Python, Swift, Go, ObjectiveC, Node
