- Help define and evangelize Dell's global content vision and future roadmap
- Champion advanced practices in API-first documentation, UX writing, and/or AI-driven knowledge delivery
- Build and nurture a culture of innovation and excellence
- Influence executive stakeholders with data-driven content insights.

Essential Requirements
- 12+ years in technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown), with proven leadership at scale
- Recognized expertise in information experiences, API/UX content, AI-assisted knowledge systems, and/or content transformation
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at C-level and senior stakeholders
- Visionary mindset with ability to link content strategy to business outcomes
Desirable Requirements
- Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, taxonomy/ontology, and knowledge graphs, with a proven ability to influence predictive, personalized, and AI-optimized content ecosystems at enterprise scale.
