Role description

Roles :-

1.Creo parametric Admin, Implementation and consulting experience in manufacturing industry
2.Must have working experience on Creo Parametric
3.Should have experience on Creo parametric as an end user
4.Should be capable of troubleshooting issues Creo Parametric
5.Should be able to understand design process & drawings of large assemblies.
6.Should be able to deliver training on Creo parametric modules
7.Ability to suggest Creo Methods to aid in process improvements
8.Should have knowledge about Augmented reality tools from PTC like Vuforia Studio & Vuforia Engine.

Responsibilities-
1.Engage in post-sales support activities of PTC portfolio with Customers
2.Support day to day issues faced by customers
3.Assist with development, compliance and documentation of Creo parametric standards, procedures and best practices
4.He will directly assist Mechanical Engineers in various Creo parametric, Creo illustrate, Vuforia Studio/Vuforia Engine
5.Should be responsible for Creo/Vuforia training
6.Ensuring seamless integration of PTC products in TATA Motors & subsidiaries.
7.Requirement gathering from End users & escalation to PTC whenever required to deliver End user satisfaction.
