1. Proficiency in Windows Server Administration: Since SCCM is a Microsoft product, a solid understanding of Windows Server administration is essential. This includes knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Enterprise Certificate Authority Server, and network configurations.

2. SCCM Installation and Configuration: Ability to design, install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure components such as site servers, distribution points, management points, and client agents.

• Required experience of manging multi-tier (CAS-Primary Sites-Secondary Sites-DP’s) SCCM hierarchy.
• Ability to design SCCM infrastructure and as per requirement should be able to install new SCCM site servers and site systems.
• Must know SCCM upgrade process of multi-tier hierarchy and client upgrade.
• Should have knowledge of HTTPS protocol (PKI Certificates) in SCCM.
• Knowledge of Co-Management configuration in SCCM.
• Must have knowledge of network bandwidth preserving features like Distribution Points, Peer Cache, Branch Cache, BITS etc.

3. Application Deployment: Experience in deploying and managing software applications using SCCM, including creating application packages, software updates, and managing dependencies, uninstallation of applications from clients.

4. Operating System Deployment (OSD): Expertise in deploying and managing operating systems using SCCM, including creating and customizing task sequences, driver management, and image deployment.

• Should be able to plan and execute Windows 10 OS to Windows 11 OS Upgrade through SCCM.
• Mus be able plan and execute Windows OS version upgrade through SCCM (Windows Servicing).

5. Patch Management: Understanding of patch management best practices and experience in deploying software updates and patches to Windows devices using SCCM.

• Hands on experience of software update deployment, troubleshooting and remediation.
• Third-Party Software Updates deployment experience will be handy.

6. Reporting and Monitoring: Knowledge of SCCM reporting tools and the ability to monitor the health and performance of SCCM infrastructure and client devices.

7. PowerShell Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and customization of SCCM tasks and workflows.

8. Endpoint Security: BitLocker Policy Configuration, deployment and troubleshooting through SCCM.

9. Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to SCCM infrastructure, client deployments, software updates and software distribution.

Education:

1. Computers Science/IT Graduates/Postgraduates with minimum 5 years of relevant Experience in Microsoft Office365 / SCCM.
