Technical Consultant - SAP ABAP Module

The role of Senior SAP ABAP Consultant in Bangalore on a contractual basis requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP, with at least 2 years in a HANA environment. As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SAP solutions to improve business operations and efficiency. Your expertise should include HANA CDS views, Adobe Forms, IDocs, Web Services, and Module Pool programming. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and enhancing ABAP programs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), designing CDS Views for SAP HANA-based reporting and Fiori applications, creating and customizing Adobe Forms, managing IDocs for data exchange and system integration, developing and integrating Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), performing Module Pool Programming, translating functional specifications into technical designs, conducting unit testing, and supporting integration/UAT phases. Collaboration with functional teams and business users for requirement gathering and issue resolution is crucial. To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience in SAP ABAP on HANA, expertise in CDS Views, AMDP, and performance optimization, proficiency in Adobe Forms development and customization, in-depth knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits, experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), proficiency in Module Pool Programming, and a good understanding of SAP MM, SD, and FI modules.
