You will be working for a leading ERP software and solutions provider that caters to dealers and rental companies of heavy equipment in industries such as construction, mining, forestry, material handling, and agriculture. The company aims to establish itself as the ERP thought leader in this space and be a trusted IT advisor to all dealers and rental companies. With over 750 employees, offices on four continents, and customers in more than 20 countries, the company is privately held with its headquarters located in Cary, NC. Currently, they are actively seeking talented individuals to join their team and assist in expanding their North American footprint for both on-premises and 100% cloud-based ERP solutions. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and CRM. This position necessitates a profound comprehension of Dynamics 365 modules, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to engage with individuals at all levels within the organization. The candidate must possess strong development skills with a deep understanding of D365 development, having worked on intermediate to complex development projects. Proficiency in developing Rules, Forms, and other components within D365 is required, particularly in CRM for Sales and CRM for Customer Service. Consulting skills are also crucial, including engaging with third-party and internal stakeholders, understanding key drivers, identifying components, and effectively conveying ideas. Proven experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions is essential. Additionally, a solid grasp of end-to-end project management, including status reporting, risk mitigation, and ensuring project continuity, is necessary. For educational background, a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 9 years of extensive experience in 365 Dynamics applications, specifically focusing on CRM modules. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is also a key requirement.
