Technical Consultant (ETL + SQL)

Role Overview: Insightsoftware (ISW) is seeking a Data Conversion Specialist to join their Project Management Office (PMO) in Hyderabad. As part of the team, you will be responsible for integrating and mapping customer data from client source systems to the ISW platform. Your role will involve utilizing technical data migration skills to ensure efficient and accurate data conversion, performing ETL activities, analyzing complex scenarios, and maintaining business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate and map customer data to the ISW platform efficiently and accurately - Perform extract, transform, load (ETL) activities for data conversions - Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop innovative solutions - Map and maintain business requirements using tools like requirements traceability matrices (RTM) - Present findings, requirements, and problem statements for stakeholder ratification - Identify and document data gaps for impact analysis Qualifications: - Experience in assessing data and analytic requirements for mapping rules - Familiarity with real-time, batch, and ETL for data conversions - Knowledge of ETL methodologies and tools such as Talend, Dell Boomi - Proficiency in data mapping tools and various data applications/systems - Strong SQL scripting experience - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project managers - Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies - Knowledge of cloud and application integrations - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Experience in data conversion/integration support Company Information: All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
