Job Description

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and translate business and functional requirements within the

    Defined Benefits

    domain.
  • Perform

    gap analysis

    , prepare functional specifications, and support solution design.
  • Write and execute

    SQL queries

    to validate data and support test activities.
  • Create and execute

    manual test cases

    for regression, system, and UAT testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
  • Prepare

    test plans, release notes

    , and documentation for all enhancements.
  • Support production movement and post-deployment validation.

Required Skills:

  • Domain:

    Strong understanding of the

    Defined Benefits

    (Pension) domain.

  • Technical:

    Hands-on experience in

    SQL

    ,

    database validation

    , and data analysis.

  • Testing:

    Strong experience in

    Manual Testing

    , test planning, and test execution.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Education:

Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
