Technical Associate Environment Lab

Role Overview: As a Technical Associate in the Environment Lab, you will be part of the Mechanical and Climatic Test Department. Your main responsibility will be to conduct a variety of complex tests and programs using specialized equipment and Test Standards. This includes tasks such as conducting High Low temp & Humidity, Salt, Water & Dust Spray Testing, Vibration (random, sine, and mixed mode), and other test conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct testing and quality assurance for environmental products - Develop and execute test plans and cases - Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations - Identify potential product failures and prepare reports - Implement and maintain processes and procedures according to ISO & NABL requirements - Determine lab equipment needs and collaborate with external vendors for procurement, installation, and calibration - Develop new testing facilities and liaise with third-party test labs for environmental tests Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of work experience - Diploma or BSc in a relevant field - Experience working with an NABL accredited lab is advantageous Additional Details: This is a full-time position with opportunities for day shift, morning shift, night shift, and rotational shift schedules.
