Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for operation and maintenance of multi grade filter, softeners pre ultra-filtration, reverse osmosis, electro de ionization and post ultra-filtration feed and permit ,pressures, flows, voltage, and current in water system. 2. Responsible for operation and maintenance of purified water system, distribution systems and connected supervisory control data acquisition system. 3. Responsible to check the critical, non-critical alarms on daily basiss with respective to supervisory control data acquisition system reports as per the standard operating procedure. 4. Responsible to involve in the chemical preparations, chemical weighing and dosing as per the validated quantity as per the standard operating procedure. 5. Responsible for checking the regenerations and sanitization cycles as per the standard operating procedure. 6. Responsible to perform the preventive maintenance of purified water system as per the schedule and record in the log books. 7. Responsible to bring spares/items for any maintenance activities as per indent. 8. Responsible to involve in execution of qualification activities and follow the good engineering practices at work areas. 9 .Responsible to involve in the water system periodic validations in all areas. 10. To follow the laid down quality culture principles and behaviors. 11. To follow and ensure compliance on environmental management systems related procedures. 12. Shall follow any other departmental activity assigned by head of the department or designee.
