Job Description

Post: Technical Assistant.

Vacancy: 1

Location: Dimapur

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Assistant or similar role.
Understanding of technical aspects related to IT systems and software.
Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
Troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
Managing digital assets and infrastructure.
Working knowledge of computer hardware, assembling/repairing/networking and surveillance installation.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
