Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Technical Assistance in the University's Exam Section located in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical support and assistance to ensure smooth exam operations, maintaining systems and processes related to examinations, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating effectively with various departments. The selected candidate will address maintenance requirements and ensure compliance with institutional protocols and academic schedules.

Qualifications

• Technical Assistance and Technical Support skills to provide appropriate solutions for examination-related systems.
• Strong hands on Microsoft Office tools especially in Excel is must
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with students, faculty, and administrative staff.
• Analytical Skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve exam-related issues efficiently.
• Experience in system Maintenance to ensure all technologies and tools associated with the exam section function effectively.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks under specific deadlines.
• Working knowledge of examination systems or academic procedures would be an advantage.
