Technical Architect/Tech Lead

The company is dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry through innovation, collaboration, and a strong emphasis on enhancing patient outcomes. **Responsibilities:** - Engage in full-stack application development encompassing front-end and back-end aspects - Develop highly modular and reusable components/APIs based on business requirements - Utilize various front-end technologies to create user-friendly and responsive interfaces - Design and implement a robust application tier and backend architecture using diverse technologies - Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from inception to deployment - Collaborate with and mentor the team in software writing, building, and deployment - Adhere to best design and development practices to ensure software quality - Construct, manage, and enhance efficient, secure, reusable, and reliable code - Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging processes **Desired Profile:** - Hold a degree in Engineering from a reputable and accredited institution - Possess 5 to 10 years of experience in developing JAVA/J2EE/Spring based applications - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and principles - Proficient in Spring-Boot & Spring stacks - Sound knowledge of Microservices, RESTful API design, and development - Familiarity with large system architecture and design principles - Experience with React, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3, and Bootstrap frameworks - Knowledge of Big Data technologies is advantageous - Exposure to the AWS cloud environment is a plus - Proficiency in Version Control tools like Bitbucket/GIT code repository - Experience with Tools such as Maven/Jenkins, JIRA - Familiarity with Agile software delivery practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools - Passionate about technology and solving complex business challenges - Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively within a team and lead by example in code development, feature creation, and knowledge sharing **Additional Details:** HiLabs is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
