About RIB 4.0:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze system & application performance bottlenecks and drive optimization.
Architect scalable and high-performance solutions using
C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server, Angular
.
Optimize DB queries, indexing, caching & distributed systems performance.
Conduct load testing, profiling & support CI/CD + DevOps improvements.
Mentor development teams & define best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in
C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, Azure, Angular
.
Hands-on with profiling tools (dotTrace / Visual Studio Profiler).
Solid experience in
performance tuning
(App + DB + Cloud).
Knowledge of
CI/CD
,
Azure VM/VMSS
, DevOps & Agile practices.
Excellent communication & leadership.

Good to Have:

Experience with Microservices, React/Blazor optimization.
Azure Architect Certification.
