Job Description: 1. Demonstrate thought leadership to the team on Frontend technologies and help build quality web products using state-of-the-art web technologies. 2. Be involved in the conceptual and definition phase of projects. 3. Guide and lead a team of frontend engineers in the successful execution of projects. 4. Mentor and coach, a team of front-end engineers to create a capable market-relevant front-end team. 5. Participate in business development activities to help define and size projects, identify tech stacks, create estimates, and identify engineering risks and complexities. 6. Evaluate and decide on technology approaches and strategies during the pitch/proposal stage. 7. Work on all aspects of web products, including implementation of the design wireframes, animation/motion, business logic, interfaces to the backend APIs, incorporating analytics SEO, performance, and security. 8. Collaborate with the UI/UX designers, other architects leads to bridge the gap between Client requirements, graphical design, and backend interfaces. 9. Enforce regular code reviews, and high code coverage to deliver optimized code. 10. Contribute to build re-usable architecture, components, and libraries. 11. Evaluate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide inputs, suggestions to ensure the best experience. 12. Create prototypes and POCs for internal and client usage. 13. Stay updated on the state of the art in web technologies and bring new ideas and innovations to the projects. 14. Monitor website performance and help identify front-end-related issues to optimize performance. Skills 1. 10-12 yrs. of hands-on expert-level experience with core JavaScript, Typescript, Web Components, CSS, SASS, and HTML5 2. Experience in working with at least two libraries like React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, etc. 3. Experience working with Components, Atomic, MVVM, MVP, and MVC patterns. 4. Expert-level experience with web markup, with a keen eye for UI design and usability. 5. Experience with frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, and Tailwind. 6. Have work experience in building frontend in a CMS environment like AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress. 7. Experience in SEO and Analytics and best practices for building high-impact consumer-facing web products. 8. Experience in driving estimates for development tasks 9. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX. 10. Experience with setting up and driving development best practices like code reviews, automated unit tests, and continuous integration. 11. Experience working closely with design teams and understanding tools like Figma, Zeplin, etc. 12. Experience in working with business development and client engagement teams in the RFP/pitch/proposal stage of projects. 13. Experience in training, mentoring, coaching, and challenging engineers to help build high-performance teams. 14. Good Analytical, Problem solving, and Debugging skills. Experience working with clients and teams in the USA is a must. 15. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. 16.
